Life has a way of teaching us lessons early on, and for me, those lessons began when I was just 7 years old. After losing my mom, I quickly learned the value of responsibility and independence. Growing up in a single-parent household, I found myself stepping into roles that would later shape who I am today—someone who finds order in chaos and thrives on solving challenges.
From a young age, I always had a desire to make things run smoother, whether it was helping my family stay organized or pursuing small business ventures that taught me hard but invaluable lessons. I juggled work, education, and eventually motherhood, all while finding ways to improve processes and make life more efficient. But my passion for creating order from disorder didn’t stop there.

As I navigated different roles—running a franchise, managing a remote team, and working in business operations—it became clear that many small and growing businesses were struggling not because of a lack of talent, but due to the overwhelming complexity of day-to-day operations. I knew I could help.

That’s when Optimal Operations was born.

I founded Optimal Operations to help business owners streamline their operations, free up their time, and focus on what truly matters—growing their business and living life on their terms. I developed the O-Squared System, a 9-step approach designed to take the chaos out of business operations. This system focuses on aligning your vision, optimizing resources, and continuously improving workflows to ensure that your business runs like a well-oiled machine.
